Hello, On the first view, I miss the user authentification inside your OPC UA configuration. Did you delete this setting for the screenshot or wasn't it set at all. The OPC UA server requests a authentification via user/password, without authentification a connection is not possible.

After reading carefully the documentation about the reverse proxy, I realized that I was using the incorrect route in Flask. I had @app.route('/'). After changing to @app.route('/python-webserver'), it worked. Thanks a lot for your support.
