Here is a workaround..... Workaround for delaying startup of HMI on WR panel... (boschrexroth.com) I haven't tried it yet.

Like correctly mentioned by @macken88 it is only possible to set the system time via the REST API. So currently there is no easy/fast way from PLC side. You will have to use a PLC library capable of performing http/https requests get a a bearer token in the PLC and then send the PUT request.
