Hi @EchoHarm0ny the building of snaps should be possible without the need to execute it with sudo. I'm not sure whats the difference to your setup. Did you run the scripts (e.g. "install-snapcraft.sh") with sudo or without? Thanks for reporting the issues regarding the documentation! The packages you may need can be found here in the cloud-config file: https://github.com/boschrexroth/ctrlx-automation-sdk/blob/main/scripts/environment/cloud-config#L23 Clone and install should be enogh. Hi @BennyF It could be the case, that your app is started faster then the data layer. I would recommend to retry the connection to the data layer with your provider after some time. Best regards, Nick

Hi @Mr_Wonder_Why of course your Node Red flow can run and therefor the data logging can take place, also if you are not logged in to the device. Also it does not matter if you have something connected to the XF10 port or not. I see that you are subscribing some PLC-Variables. This means you are only notified when the data changes. Can it be the case that the data does not change over some minutes of time? Anther hint: Can you check the date&time settings in the ctrlX CORE? Is the time set correct? Best regards, Nick

The trick is to create a data layer scope and add the Data Layer addresses you want to access and in addition add "datalayer/**" and "types/**" to the "permissionsR". Here a short step by step guide: Create a scope at the Data Layer of the remote ctrlX OS device (the Data Layer you want to import via DLR-Communication). In this example the user should be able to access (rwx) everything below the path "sdk/": Create a user (on the same control) and assign this Data Layer scope to the users individual permissions (at Settings -> Users&Permissions) Create the Data Layer Remote Communication on the other ctrlX OS Device (the one where you want to receive the data).
