I was not able to connect to the virtual control via VPN with port forwarding activated. The login looks different than normal and using the password leads to "unknown error"

Recently, I had the same problem on my Firefox browser (68.8.0esr). It seems a checkbox element is missing.
With Chrome (Version 83.0.4103.61), everything works fine.

If there occurs a problem with the login page ""unknown error" it may be a problem with the browser cache.
Solution: Clear the browser cache and try again.

Thanks, this explains why it suddenly stopped working on my Firefox browser (always used for ctrlX) but still worked on Chrome (never used before for ctrlX).
