ctrlX configurator : stp file generation doesn't work

I tried to configure a MS2N10 Motor in the configurator. 

Its the MS2N10-F1BHL-DSAK0-NNNNN-NN

While I could not find the CAD date of this motor on the product pages (this ends with MS2N10-E) I had to find a way out. The configurator has an option to send all kind of data to your email adres. I tried this but I don't receive a mail with the desired files.....

Is every MS2N motor available in the database, so that you will get a .stp file from all motors available ? 

I see the message that the "material number" is not available. Is this an indication that the .stp file will also be not available ?

Hi Pinball_NL,

in general every possible variant (also if the material number doesn´t exist yet) can be created automatically by our CAD Service. 

I just gave it a try for your typecode and directly got a mail with the requested content.

Could you please try the request again or did you now receive the files? Sometimes the CAD Service takes more than only some minutes.

The bug, which caused the problem, that the mails were not sent has been found and immediately fixed.
