ctrlX configurator : cannot open saved project

I found some difficulties today with the ctrlX configurator. 

I made a project. Half way I saved it and generated a summary / part list. This looked very nice, with all details in it.

However, after lunch I could not get the project back on the screen. The wait logo stays forever. 

Opening in another browser (Firefox) I could manage to see an old project, but the project I needed was not in the list. Alse a new created project (with only ctrlX core) could not be found in the stored list. 

Is there a issue right now preventing you could save your project ?

Hello, please excuse any inconveniences caused by this issue. Can you give us the project ID (when project is saved then you see the ID in the project summary). Thank you.

Give me a call, then we can check it together over Teams. 

I have the problem in Firefox and in Chrome. I deleted all the catch in Chrome and try again. It doesn't matter if I'm logged in before or not. 

I cannot give you a project ID while I cannot find any project while the system system freezes..

I'm going to contact the IT helpdesk. 

What I see now is that I have also problems with my online linear configurator.

So i could be it has something to do with my Bosch Login
