SWL-XC*-MOT-FLEXPROFILE licence on DONGLE not recognized on CORE X3

Hello,

SWL-XC*-MOT-FLEXPROFILE**-NNNN R911417994 installed on 8GB DONGLE is not seen by ctrlX core X3 (Updated with System image 2.6.4). Can you help to figure out how I can solve this issue ?

Followed the  usal Steps : Generated Licence, Generated Capability Response , Checked the Capabilty file with the View to make sure my Licence was there and  then replaced the new downloaded   Bin file in Licencing Folder of the DONGLE.

could you please verify that the uSD card is registered as Dongle device and if the license(s) get listed on the licensing Dongle?
How?
Please close ctrlX_Works if open, plugin the Dongle-uSD card in the Notebook/PC and start ctrlXWorks again.
Under ctrlX_Works Setting Licenses the Dongle and License needs to be visible. 

Please check and return with details. If not visible - did you receive the uSD Dongle by us and did you operated before with it successfully?

Dongle is registered and works very well since several months I have access to FlexNet.  I tried also a this dongle under 3.2 with this  FlexProfile licence same problem. I had to move the Licence on the Device so the core can see it. thks

we checked the situation with a flexprofile license at a dongle. But at our side it is working. (Test with version 2.6)

• ctrlX WORKS is recognizing the flexprofile license at the dongle

• ctrlX CORE is rcognizing the license of the dongle too...

I have seen you picture that licenses at the dongle will be recoginzed in princip. Only the flexprofile license is not visible.

-> Can you check the dongle if you see the flexprofile license with your ctrlX WORKS (like CodeWasi mentioned)
