I have a customer who has configured all of their C.15 ouputs as PP type. They have created a simple project to test that the outputs are working correctly and have not actually wired anything to the pins. All of the outputs work as expected with the exception of Q0.9 and Q0.11. When they attempt to set these outputs high, they get a 'Failure 3664' diagnostic message. The remedies listed for this diagnostic message don't seem relevant to the current situation unless those outputs were still configured as PN type. But as far as I can tell from the project, they have the outputs configured correctly. They have the 'High Side' option checked in the C.15 configuration and they have the outputs set as High Side Semiconductors. Is there some other setting that they are missing?

Hello @bkautzman ,
Is the load connected to that output?
What kind of load is it?
Does the customer connect multiple 24V sinks to the same output?
If the electrical behavior of the load influences the OSSD test pulses and the control does not see test patterns (Off switching) within a certain settling time period after the output goes to HIGH, this Fatal Error is issued.
With Firmware version 1.0.1.29 the settling period can be prolonged by a factor of 1.5.
Please contact DC-AE/STS department for detailed support.

Hello @AllAutomation,
Thank you for your response!
The customer doesn't have anything connected to the output. They are just activating each output for testing purposes. So there is no outside electrical influence.

Hello @bkautzman ,
I did a research on that. What you describe applies to the every second 2.0 A output in HighSide configuration. It is a known problem and is already addressed as Bug #612216 on our side. Currently it is not clear in which version it will be solved. Please check the Enhanced Release Notes for this Bug ID.
The orginal reporter describes it:
"If there is nothing connected and the [output] is activated - within 1s the F 3664 occurs. ... If the the load is connected the F3664 does not occur." Only every second 2.0 A output is affected (which is the N pin in HiLo configuration).
Affected are the following output pins:
The workaround: Please connect a load that satisfies the conditions described in the Installation Manual!
@BRamos , any comments or additions to that?
Best regards
