I have problem with connection Safex C15. Whenever I want connect, I get message "Wrong serial number for verification".

The serial number I wrote is correct.

you type in the serialnumber from the typeschield? Just to be sure you have just to type in the marked number:

If you did this it seems the serialnumber of the typeshield does not match with the serialnumber of the Hardware. In this case you should send the control back to rexroth for exchange.
