ctrlX PLC crash after Ethernet/IP package installation

Hello,

We have a customer that after he installed the Codesys Ethernet/IP Adapter package he cannot open the ctrlX PLC anymore,

How can this be solved?

Hello, 

your installation seems to be corrupted. This can happen, if you did not complete the installation of the Ethernet IP package and start ctrlX PLC Engineering again.

So I recommend to uninstall the ctrlX PLC Engineering completely and reinstall it. When installing the Ethernet IP package please follow the instructions provided by the document in the attachment.
