The PLC app is currently not available (Error: 404)

Dear Community,

I had a problem with them PLC app when downloading an app and in another thread i was told that i have to upgrade or downgrade my apps and softwares. i have tried with the 2.6 versions and that didnt work maybe my core X3 doesnt have that and that i have to do a system image update. so what io did was that i decided to change everything to 1.20 versions.

all the apps worked but the PLC app i recieved this error:

The PLC app is currently not available (Error: 404)

This is most likely due to one of the following reasons:

• The app is currently being initialized. This may take a while, please refresh the page.

Hello !
the licenses regarding ctrlX PLC Basic/Standard/Advanced/Performance in version 01VRS+ and 02VRS+ differ incompatible.
Means - the ctrlX PLC versions of 02VRS will run with a new license. please contact you license admin if not available.
