I used some existing IndraLogic visualizations from IndraWorks 15. In IndraWorks it worked fine. If I reuse the stuff in ctrlX PLC engineering basically everything works except scaling and rotation of elements. I wonder why.
As far as I saw, we also use the old IndraLogic visualizations coming with the AxisInterface and I assume there are no problems. I appreciate your hints.
i have taken the AxisInterface visualzations from IWE into the new ctrlX world.
I do not remember any visualization specific problems.
Maybe you can describe your problems a bit more in detail....
The problem is quite simple: As visualization element there is just a straight line. I want this line to rotate. For this reason I enter in the properties "Absolute movement/Rotation" a local variable or a global one. But there is no movement. I experienced the same with Scaling.
There is only one point with a moving element in the AxisInterface visualizations:
I did no changes here in IWE and ctrlX the last years.
You can look into the details. Just add the library CXA_MotionInterfaceUser to your project.
Right mouse-click on the library and select "Export library". As this is delivered as an open library, you can open it wiht PLC Engineering and have a closer look into the element.
that's something I did already previously. I wanted to know if rotation basically should work, and I know the old AxisInterface visualizations, so I got the library and I saw that the frame for the handling of the axis is still used. But my own visualization doesn't work, I don't see any problem in the properties of visualization elements. Nevertheless there is no movement.
