Problem adding the Templates in CtrlX PLC Engineering

Hello,

I have a problem , I can't add the Axis Interface or Kinematics Interface to my CtrlX PLC project.
I was following this video , around minute 8 our colleague adds Axis interface to the Project , but I can't insert any template...

Any ideas ? Am I missing any license ?

I am using version 114.1.

Hello LuisCtrl,

i had the same behavior with a customer yesterday. We fixed it by reinstalling the Works installation. The problem on his side occured when he did an update from Works 12 to Works 14. The two packages you see in the screenshot were not available in the installation from the costumer. After the reinstallation everything worked like it should.

This is exactly what happened to me. I was missing these two packages.
Uninstalling the version and downloading th new one from the collaboration room fixed the problem 😀
