Hello LuisCtrl, i had the same behavior with a customer yesterday. We fixed it by reinstalling the Works installation. The problem on his side occured when he did an update from Works 12 to Works 14. The two packages you see in the screenshot were not available in the installation from the costumer. After the reinstallation everything worked like it should. hope this helps you.
