Hello,
I'm having an issue with homing the CtrlX Drive with a customer. They are trying to use an MS2N motor, CtrlX Drive and IMS sin/cos linear encoder for secondary position feedback control. We are able to get drive-controlled homing to work to a limit switch when referencing to encoder 1, and with the setting to move to the reference point when homing is finished.
When we try to switch to using encoder 2 as the reference encoder, we get an error that the Reference point is not found. We change the homing setting to directly stop when the homing ends, and now we get a position jump at the end of the homing command. Sometimes we get an F4037 instead, it is unclear what causes the difference.
I have attached a parameter file from the drive in working condition, using Encoder 1. I also send a scope capture when the drive was using Encoder 2 and attempted to home and got a position jump at the end. We are using the CtrlX Core 2.6 with PLC Engineering 2.6
