The topic is about:
1.Where to find the CoreDump in case of an exception?
a) in case the exception happend without beeing online with the Engineering-tool (production-cases): The Coredump is stored on the ctrlX, available under
b) If the ctrlX-PLCEng is online during the exception the coredump will not be generation and saved automatically. That step gets triggered by :
The *.core File will be stored inside the Project-dir on the PC.
Analysing the rootcause by e.g. RuD requires essentially the *.Core file AND the corresponding pro project-archive.
2. Analysis can be done by loading the coredump and operating the callstack available in the callstack-viewer.
