Need of Multicore license in ctrlX COREplus

Do X3plus kernel allocation require a license.

I use X3PLUS to control 10 axes for gantry movement. The CPU load will be 100% during a 2ms cycle and maintained at 50% during a 50ms cycle.

The licenses needed for ctrlX PLC is depending on the function you have implemented in your PLC program. I expect you are having several task in your application that seems to be set to several cores. Please check in the ctrlX PLC Engineering in the task configuration the tabs "Task Group" and "Monitor" to check the settings.

Are you using ctrlX MOTION or CODESYS SoftMotion?
