Messages Count Discrepancy

The count totals of errors, warnings, and messages are displayed in 3 places (with 2 of them being duplicates). However, there is typically always a discrepancy between them. The correct count is not always updated on the filter buttons. This is not a major issue, but a small annoyance. Am I the only one seeing this? Is there a plan to fix it? See photo for an example.

In the drop down menu on the left of the top bar you can choose which messages of which event should be shown in the detail view. In your case its download. The bottom bar shows the number of all messages available of all events.
