License issue after upgrading to 2.04

I just upgraded one of my Core3 to 2.04 and suddenly the PLC app states that my license is missing. If I check the licenses it says "app not installed".

Is there any changes for the PLC license in 2.04?
Everything worked fine when running 1.20. Everything else is working OK after the 2.04.
