Failed to download project even license is installed

Hi everyone,

my device has all PLC license installed. But when I try to login and download to device, I got the following warning.

 As showin in the image above, all required licenses are detected. But I don't understand why it still complains some license is missing.

I also test with Licensing API, I can acquire and return the Standard PLC license: 
SWL-XCx-PLC-PLCxXOSxxxxxx-NNNN

Does anyone have any idea, what might be wrong?

PLC App version: 2.6.3
Automation Core: 2.6.2
ctrlX PLC Engineering: 2.6.1

After a check of the log, we figured out, that the Profinet Master license was missing. After adding the license, everything worked like a charme.
