In IndraDrive, we can copy a slave (like an axis) and paste a new one, the new salve parameter and related data mapping will keep the same with the copied one, then I just need to update several data mapping.
In PLC Engineering, seens I can't copy and paste an slave, I have to add a slave and re-do the data mapping one by one again. If a project contains more than 10 slaves (It will have more than 500 data mapping), it will be quite complecated for just configuring the slaves.
Or do we have any confinient way to do it?

In version 1.20 you can simply use "ctrl+c" and "ctrl+v" to copy EtherCat IO nodes like drives. Also drag and drop holding "ctrl" works
I am normally using the "variable AT %IX0.0" mechanism and only set the addresses to a fix value in the realtime area in the PLC Engineering, to attach variables to inputs/outputs.
You could also export your IO mapping to CSV, rework it in a tool that can open such files (beware that Microsoft Excel sometimes adds semicolons automatically) and import it again.
