ctrlX DRIVE controlled EtherCAT CoE - Power up error

Hello,

I am facing the following error when powering up the ctrlX Drive through EtherCAT CoE:

The ctrlX DRIVE mechanics is configured as: 

And the profile scaling information:

Why numerator, denominator and resolution values are 1? Note that I cannot change those values.

Motion app is 1.18.2 and ctrlX DRIVE firmware is 3V16. 

Any idea?

The error mentioned indicates that there is an error in your drive. What is the status of the drive? How is the axisprofile connection from motion to ethercat is set up? Please always add screenshots of the complete page/tool so the most information can be viewed.

When strategy "COE_CALC_DRIVE" is chosen the ctrlX MOTION directly reads out all necessary information from the ctrlX DRIVE. The shown values in the data layer viewer does not directly reflect all these information.
