Can anyone list what are the differences or advantages between Codesys SoftMotion and our ctrlX Motion PLCOpen library?

You can't do synchronized movements or cams without SoftMotion (yet)

Synchronized Motion and Cams are topics in preparation for ctrlX MOTION and first customer projects are under test.
