ctrlX CORE Backup error with ctrlX InfluxDB app

Hello, while backing up the ctrlX CORE X3 control, during the Saving snapshot process, the "Process aborted with error" will eventually be issued, with the following reason:

"Save snapshot of snap ctrlx-influxdb failed after 10 retries. Ensure that is no write access to the file system during backup operations."

I have different operational modes (Operating, Setup, & Service) and the same error occurs, in all three modes.  Do you know how to resolve this issue, with the InfluxDB app, to allow for backup up the ctrlX CORE control?

Which version are you using? i am trying to replicate it :). Are you using the internal memory to store the data?

Hello,

We are using the latest ctrlX CORE X3 image, with DC App Paket 0120.4.  The InfluxDB app is 1.20.0+2.6.1.

Yes, we are using the internal memory, receiving data from the Bosch DeviceBridge and Node-Red.

Ok that is the problem. You should not use the internal memory. to store the data! The new version 2.20 doens't either allow you to store the data inside the internal memory.
