Ive been experiencing data loss for the latest few minutes(the Data loss interval is not consistent) after plugging out the SD card.
If i manually trigger "Remove Safely" feature in the CtrlX before plugging out the SD card, the data saved is up-to-date.
However, is there any other solution such that the end-users can just plug and unplug the SD card without external triggers( "Safely Remove" feature)? yet retaining the value up-to-date.

Hello,
In which format are you using the uSD card? 😁

Hi @MauroRiboniMX , I am using a 3rd party software ( DiskGenius) in my laptop(windows base) to open a EXT4 file in my uSD card.

Hello,
Can be the uSD card, are not so ptimized. I had better experiences with SSDs.. Anyway i suggest you to try a different way, like triggering the eject with REST API or a different uSD

Hi @MauroRiboniMX , I am using REST API architecture to tell Core-x to "mount" the SD card so that the data starts getting written to it. But if i want to use it to carry out "Remove Safely" feature, when exactly does it know that I am going to plug out the uSD card so that it can execute the "Remove Safely" feature before hand?

you have to plan a remove-fafely button 🙂

yes that is what i have done as of now. so no matter what we will eventually require an external trigger to tell Control X to "safely Remove" .
But I am persistent to look for a solution that we can plug in and out the SD card from Core X without any external trigger while retaining the fresh data.

Doesn't depends by ctrlX. Depends by media tech
