ctrlX IO Oversampling question

Hi Community,

I am new to ctrlX IO oversampling and oversampling in general. 

How fast can the ctrlX IO is able to read the data and are there any example or formula to calculate using the oversampling factor and convert into how fast the ctrlX IO is able to read?

Please see chapter ""Filter" and "Oversampling"" of the referred manual (can be also found in the online documentation). The ctrlX CORE will still read the value once per fieldbus cycle but value will be "the average of the measured values".

The possible cycle times of the EtherCat master can be found in documentation "EtherCAT Master App, EtherCAT Master for ctrlX CORE 02VRS, Application Manual" in chapter "EtherCAT Master – Features".
