I/O Engineering plugin error

I Have a problem when starting IO engineering.

He cant find a required plugin.

I already cleared the AP cache but it has not changed something.

The EtherCat master App version is: 1.20.1 and ctrlX IO is 1.20.1

Please advise

Hello,

delete all Files in C:\ProgramData\AP\PlugInCaches\    looks like StudioIo-xxxxxx.cache and start ctlX IO Engineering without Admin-rights.

Zip the folder C:\ProgramData\Rexroth\PackageManager\Logs\*.* and please send it to us.

The issue is related to the user account control settings. At least the lowest step need to be set, see the attached screenshot.
After activating the PC needs a reboot. Please uninstall and re-install ctrlXworks, than it should work.
