Ethercatmaster Topology not ok ctrlx3 to ctrlx7

Hello,
I'm trying to replace a CtrlX3 with a CtrlX7. After creating an ethercatmasterl and loading the topology from the IO engineering, I get an error message that the topology is not ok. However, nothing has changed in the other topology and the status in the core shows everything with green ticks.

What is the correct procedure in this case?

Hello,

please check on the ctrlX X7 on which port the EtherCAT Master is used, at XF50 or XF52, if you selected XF52 you have to delete the EtherCAT Master instance and have to add with XF50 again.

Then the local Power feeder module XC****** shall be detected as well
