Ethercat minimum cycle time

Hello,

As far as I am concerned the cycle time of the Ethercat in the ctrlX Core comes preconfigured with 2 ms,

Is it possible to lower this cycle time?

The minimum cycle time is 2ms. As of version 1.16, the cycle time can also be set higher.

Short hint: with a higher cycle time, e.g. 4 ms or 8 ms, we can connect a higher number of drives (e.g. 20) to ctrlX MOTION with ctrlX CORE X3. Or we can use a more complex software programme which needs more calculation power.
