EtherCAT address assignment

Is it possible to set a static address on the ethercat devices so that they can be addressed for EoE purposes via address and so that the ethercat order of the devices as they appear on the network will not matter?

Hello Alex,

for EC devices which supports EoE IP-Port functionality, it can be set individual for each EC device in the EoE tab. It is independent to the EtherCAT address.

Keep in mind, that some EC devices may need a reboot/power cycle to apply the EoE IP address.
