Ctrlx Core with s20-EC-BK

Hello, 

I just received the S20-EC-BK and was wondering if there were any resources on how to get it configured and controlled with the ctrlx core.

I know that i have to use the ethercat master app which launces ctrlx engineering but after that im lost. 

Im really new to this so any resource would really help.
