CtrlX XB_EC_12 Coupler do not connect.

Have a customer running 1.20. He has a XB_EC_12 coupler with several IO mudules. We can trigger Digital outputs and send analog values from PLC and Data Layer (when PLC stop). However, we do not see any Digital Inputs not Analog inputs. we check data layer directly with no PLC running but still does not update.

any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks for your reply. yes, it was different ESI versions. we went to CoE tab to verify.
