CtrlX PLS ( programmable limit switches ) or Fast IO modules

Hello,

Is there any possible solution to change the MLC PLS card or the XM S20 Fast IO with or without Oversampling in the CtrlX Core IO platform.

Our customer i using a MLC75 with fast PLS functional module to magage the glue dispenser in their machine and ask us if we can provide a compatible solution in term of output speed performance in the Ctrlx platform

Please let me know if you have some solution.

Hello Giuseppe,

On the hardware side, we are in the release phase of separate high-speed input and output modules that are processed synchronously. With this modules and the distributed clock support of the EtherCAT master, you can apply appropriate solutions. The oversampling outputs, including the motion system functions, are expected to be available in October of this year. From then on, the PLS functionality can be replaced by the ctrlX platform.
