CtrlX IO Engineering 1.20.1 Error while open the tool and missing configuration tabs and download

Hello,

our customer has problem opening and working with the CtrlX IO Engineering tool 1.20.1. When the custome try to open it the following erro windows comes up

If I select yes the tool close, if he select no the tool open but the Ethercat configuration tabs  inside it are missing:

The CtrlX Works 1.20.5 is installed on a customer virtual machine with Windows 10 OS.

We already tried to reinstall the Ctrlx Works but the error is still present

Do you have any advice about how can we solve the problem ?
