AO2 XI442202 Yellow diagnostic open circuit wire break error

Hi Community,

I am having issue with AO2 XI442202. 

I tried updating the firmware to v1.2.0, after updating it is still yellow and it shows open circuit wire break error. Any tips?

Hello,
even when the physical output provide 4mA, it has to be set at process data level as well. Diagnosis shall disappear, when writing 4mA to all the channels. When a channel isn't used, it has to be deactivated.
