VR4 Maintained Touch on a button is limited to 30sec

Hello,

We have a machine on which the Jog must be maintained more than 30 s, VR4 as well as VEP15.6 have a setting than I cannot find which limits the time of a maintained touch on a button. Problem is OS based because this happens on all apps.  Any idea ?

We have no information about a limitation of 30 secs within the OS. Can you give me an example where it happens?

Hello,

it happens on a VR21 with Winstudio. A customer Jog a machine which has a very long table and when he maintains the button for more than 30 s it releases by itself. I need to re-check with customer if he still has this problem or if they found a Work around!. I am going over there tomoroow, I will ask the question

After Visiting the customer again this was Happenning on a VEP15.6. Customer is now using a third Party PC and will see if this happens as well in this case

Customer is using now third party PC since we could not deliver VR and has not come back to our products. I will however ask when I visit them this fall if this happens again or if the just got used to this.
