ctrlX Drive Panel Windows Driver

Hello everybody,

we have tried to connect a ctrlX Drive XMS2-W0016 with a ctrlX Drive Panel (Firmware V0112.01) to our windows engineering computer.

The ctrlX Drive Engineering doesn´t find the Panel in the "drop-down networkadapter menu".

As it seems our windows system is not able to install the correct driver for the ctrlX Panel automatically.

We´ve already disabled our Firewall and tried various options to install the driver automatically

Could anybody provide us the correct driver that we can install it manually.

Hello,

 ctrlX Drive Engineering lists all network adapters of your system in the "drop-down networkadapter menu". So if you do not find the ctrlX Drive network adapter, there could be a issue while installing the network adapter on your system.

You can check your system settings or ask your administrator if it is allowed or blocked to install an additional network adapter.

If this is blocked you can use a direct connection to drive via RJ-45 interface when EtherCAT is disabled.

You can also connect via your control using EoE when using EtherCAT.
