XCS2 lose connection after reset emergency stop (STO)

Hello,

I am using an XCS2 with integrated CORE. As soon as my drive is booted up and I reset the STO / emergency stop circuit I immediately lose connection to the CORE. As long as STO is still active I am connected to the CORE. I get to see on the drive error code: F2901 after reset STO.

What could this be?

Some questions here:

• Which cyclic and acyclic communication protocols are you using?
• Do you establish another communication e.g. via PLC after clearing STO?
• Which ctrlX DRIVE runtime and ctrlX CORE app versions are used?
  • You could add a system report (see how to) and and a file including all drive parameter
• How is the wiring? Are there communication cables beside of power cables?

Thanks for the quick response! I seemed to be incorrect wiring of the Bb relay contact.
