The error in Axis commissioning

I set up the ctrl-Drive core step by step.

When I clicked the bottan of power in Axis commissioning on web, the unit indecated the error.

But I could not get the error infornation in detail.

1. How to check the error code?

2. How to initialize the ctrl-Drive core as like default paramete load?

Please have a look in the diagnosis logbook of the ctrlX CORE or the ctrlX DRIVE^plus for more information about the error.

Is the real axis attached to the motion axis? Please add the information about the AxisProfile.
Is DC power applied to the real drive?
