I have this error, I suppose it is due to a malfunction of my encoder, but I wanted to know if anyone else had had this error before, my encoder is a SICK TTK70S-HXA0-K02 with HIPERFACE protocol

Please check the following things
- Terminal assignment
- Supply voltage 12V, not 5V
- Mounting tolerance kept from sensor to magnetic tape
- Encoder cable: length, cross section, manufacturer ?
