What is the bit-description for the Mastercontrolword (S-0-0134) and Masterstatusword (S-0-0135) for the communication via Profinet (P-0-4089.0.1 = 4/P-0-4084=4)? ServoDrive or FSP-Drive or something else?

The bit description is same like Sercos, profile typ 102.
