Panel into Dual Axis Drive After Power-up

I have noticed in my testing that if you power-up a dual axis ctrlx Drive with a panel plugged in, that both axes appear on the display as intended.  

However, if you plug the panel into a dual axis ctrlX Drive after it has already powered up, then only the first axis shows up on the display.  

I'm interested to know if anyone can repeat this bug. The main scenario where I could see this being problematic is if you have one panel and multiple dual axis drives and you are trying to set the axis address for all drives through the panel.

I see this behavior in bb, AH, AB, and AF states.

The panels tested are Firmware 0116 and 0118.

The panel hardware is XDP1-N-128-NN-VSRSN-NN.

ctrlX Drive firmware is 5v04.01.

Interestingly for the hardware, I did not see this behavior on the XCD dual axis drives, only on the XMD dual axis drives, for example XMD2-W0606ANN-02NETM5NNNN-S0504N2NNNN5NN or XMD2-W1616ANN-01AETT0NNNN-S0504N2NNNN0NN

After further testing today, I was able to see the behvior on an XCD Drive.  I also was able to see the problem go away on one of the XMD drives after several times unplugging and plugging back in the panel, but not on the other XMDs I tested.
