Drive Connect does not find all drives

I am sing Drive Connect to view drive information, I currently can only see 2 of 7 drives. Normally this works but not on this machine.

Info:

versions tried 1.12, 1.16, 1.18

Drives are controlled via anouther device over sercos 

The core is connected to last drive

I have checked all the cabling but the master sees everything so its not that. I am at a bit of a loss here.

Could you tell us the versions of the other apps installed on the ctrlX CORE or simply send us a system report?

And just to clarify: Your Drives are controlled via SERCOS by another controller and the ctrlX CORE is simply connected to the open SERCOS line at the last drive?

In which state is the fieldbus?

@ArcherThompson Is this still an issue in LTS version 1.20? Are there any further information or can this topic be closed?
