I'm experiencing problems with getting online on the ctrl-x drive. It's a XMS2-W0006ANN-01NETT0 drive and the ctrl-x firmware I use is ctrlX DRIVE Engineering 01V16.2
When going online via the USB-C panel input or the XXF21-22 connection port I'm experiencing the same problems, it's continuously connecting and losing his connection as visible in the attached video.
Has anybody faced the same problems and is there a solution for it?

That looks very strange. Please check your connection cable or your settings for the EtherNet adapter you are using.
We never experienced such a behavior.

Please create an error report with "Help -> Create Error Report..."

unfortunately not yet.
We did park the Ctrl-X drive transition for the moment, I think we will continue with it in a few months.

Whenever the issue pops up again, please create a system error report as already told and post it either in here or get in touch with your regional application or service support.
