hello everybody,

I have a little trouble with a CtrlX Core,...

I was updating the version 1.10 to the version 1.14 but hardware app is not complatible so.. I charge version 1.12 but hadrware app in this version wasn't also compatible, and then I was trying to charge version 1.10 again, but now I get the "you do not have the requiered permissions" legend, so I can't do anything, doesn't matter what, I always get this legend,

does somebody know how to solve this problem? I try restart my laptop and power off the ctrlX but this doesn't work.

Could you please send me a private message with the serial number of your ctrlX CORE and your contact data, so I can check?

As discussed an app by app update from 1.10 to a later version is not possible. This will brake the operating system of the control. Please do an image update to the ctrlX CORE like described in the release notes here. See also this thread for some more information about the update.

You can go directly to 1.16 if you like or you use the actual long term service version 1.12.
