ctrlx core forget a password

"there is no way of resetting the password. You will have to send the control back to the service of Boschrexroth to reset the control to factory state. All data will be lost in that case!"

■Ｉaccessed the really ctrlX core and reset password in feb .after that I always use vitual ctrlX core to learn the skill and knowledge of ctrlX core.Recently I want to confirm something by really ctrlx core .I found I forgot the password when I want to login in ctrlX core.

I want to konw if there is the newest the info about reset password or factory reset.Is there a super user can reset password or factory reset?Can you tell me root user name and password  to operate  ubuntu core by  root  privileges. 

We always suggest to add a backup user with full rights to the system so if one is blocked the other could be used.

Forgotten password:

No invisiable superuser at the system. Means if you forgot your pw you have to do a factory reset.

Factory Reset:

Currently no new info. Means not possible in the moment. In future planned via SD-card.

So your only possibility is to contact our service department to create a service action....
