ctrlX v2.61 ethercatmaster app installed but license page not detecting

I have installed ethercatmaster app but in my license page it is not detecting my app is installed.

Hello,

Yes. it is known topic. But the ethercat should work without any issue, it is only identification of license fails to do it.
