ctrlX IP address not working

Hi Community,

I tried using 169.168.1.1 in XF10 with a network switch, it does not allow me to go into the ctrlX webpage. 

Anyone else had this issue?

I would try 192.168.1.1 😉

Please also beware that the must not be any other devices with the same IP in the subnet. If an router is used as network switch, these often also have the 192.168.1.1.

Did you check in ctrlX WORKS if ctrlX CORE is reachable and which IP is given to the device?

Is the network port of you PC set to the correct subnet address (in your described case 169.168.1.x)?
