We have a request for a pick and place project, but with integration of a 2D/3D video camera from Sick in our Core via Ethercat. The camera is scanning an area where are placed some parts, sends the position of part (coordinates) to the core and after that the ctrlX core should send the correct positions to axes in order to pick up the parts. It's a system of 4 axis (X,Y,Z and one rotation axis). This application is used with the CNC machines, where the parts needed to be picked up from the storage and placed in the CNC for further machining. Can you tell me if we experienced this application and if we can offer a solution to the customer?
