Warning in runtime ctrlX Core and Core not responsive

I have encountered a few times lately that the ctrlX CORE is no longer accessible. the Core is then flashing yellow: Warning in the ctrlX CORE Runtime. I can ping the CORE but the webinterface and other functionallities wont work anymore. So also not possible to see the logbook.

What could be a cause of this error? Maybe worth mentioning that our CPU usage core 2 is always running 85%+ (normal?). We have a WebIQ HMI running with +/- 1800 tags

Sorry for the late reply. Is this still an issue? Could you tell us which app version s are installed or add a system report (How to generate a system report and switch on additional traces [DOCU])?
